There are many zirconia products on the market today which provide different functions for different situations. We have chosen the best quality Zirconia products for these situations.
Framework Zirconia
Veneered with emax porcelain mainly used in the aesthetic region and posterior region where there is adequate space.
Full Contour Zirconia (Posterior)
This zirconia is not veneered with any porcelain and is very strong (approx. 1200 mpa). Shading to vita shade guide.
Full Contour Zirconia (Anterior)
This zirconia is the most translucent and is a ¾ build-up of zirconia with emax incisal porcelain (approx. 700 mpa). The results are similar to emax but are approx 50% stronger.
Super high-translucent zirconia (SHT)
Ceramill Zolid FX White, these are super-high translucent zirconia blanks used for monolithic or anatomically reduced anterior restorations and up to 3-unit bridges in the molr region. The high-performance ceramic combines the outstanding processing characteristics of zirconia with comparable translucency previously only known in lithium disilicate. The result is highly aesthetic restorations with permanent strength and stability. Restorations are processed and fitted intraorally without additional cost using commercially available luting material.
